Job Overview:

Must have PA ONLINE expierence.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Title Clerk. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with the processing and documentation of real estate titles. This is a vital role within our organization, ensuring that all title transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Duties:

- Conduct research and gather information related to property titles

- Review and verify legal documents, such as deeds, mortgages, and liens

- Prepare title commitment reports and title insurance policies

- Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, and other parties involved in the title process

- Assist with resolving any title issues or discrepancies

- Maintain accurate records and files of all title transactions

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of real estate law and title processing procedures

- Proficiency in using GIS (Geographic Information System) software for mapping purposes

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in documents

- Strong research skills to gather relevant information for title verification

- Exceptional customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
